Does the Domain name make a difference

I have a domain name that gets a decent amount of traffic by itself. There is only a filler page and it is not listed on any search engines. Does Adsense work well for sites where people mistakenly go to? I was thinking of putting an informational type page that relates to the domain name.

Well apparently you just answered your own question -- people go to your site BECAUSE of your domain name. Put some content up and slap on an Adsense ad or two and make some bucks.

 

Good idea and get on with it. You are missing a few bucks (or more?) everyday you are pondering over it !

Yes, this works like a charm and you can really make some good cash. Just make sure that you have some content somewhere on the site to pass the TOS.

 

Be careful though. You might one day find yourself being sued.

 

of course if people are coming to your site you can make money!! as the key to making money on the net is TRAFFIC!
