Hello dear DP members. Going to make myself short..
I got banned before of invalid clicks, I signed up at Google again at my uncles adress, they accepted me so now Im in again.
Question is, did they ban my domain or only the name/adress?
    Ty.

Sometimes Google banned both domain name and address, ...
Don't cheat on them this time, I suggest this time you use Adbrite, Yahoo Ad, ...
You will get banned again if Google caught you.

    Actually I didnt cheat.
    I was innocent.
Anyway, I don't think they do stuff "sometimes".
They probably have very precisely routines.

Many times they just ban the account, that is kind of a default routine for them. On manual review they lift the ban on few domains and do the needful depending on the situation. Theme is not to trick google if you wish to make a serious business here.

    I see.
    Lets see this individual case.
Nothing was/is wrong with the website.
    They probably didn't ban it?

They don't ban the domain unless the violation is really bad, IE: Adult content, drugs etc.

How sure are you about it?
I'm not question your theory, actually it sounds very sense to me, but anyways, you saw it on Google's Site or so? Just want to be sure.
    Thank you.

if they banned you, they have record of your IP, address, website address, and who knows what else. they will associate you with the old site. if you got back in with your uncle's name, then i suggest you use a different domain to be safe

Its very much possible that they will catch you and will ban you again, so instead of taking risk, why not apply for re consideration ? or try adsense alternatives.
