Does the Country you Check Google Ranking from Alter Results

    So I have a guy I am working with to rank his website that is a .org and we are trying to rank it on Google.com. The results that he gets when he searches on google.com are putting his site lower than when I search for it. I am making sure he is not logged into Google and he said he cleared all of his history since I know that Google will change the results based on that. I need to know that if the fact he is simply checking from the UK and I am checking from the US that the SERP will be different. As I said we are both checking from google.com and not .uk or anything of that nature.

    I appreciate any insight you guys can give me on this.

    UK and US are not same in rankings if you will checking it

    Let me just clarify your response khulet22. Even though the web site is a .org and not a .co.uk it will rank differently on Google.com since he is in the UK versus in the US even though we are both checking at Google.com and not Google.co.uk?
