You mean getting indexed? or affect on SERPs? In both cases, I think there is no such affect. Main things that matters are the content and backlinks.

If the visitor does not return right away to Google or Analytics is installed, they do not realy have a chance to check the bouncerate.
Bounce rate is just an indication or data compiled based on a criteria meaning that if the visitor who visits your landing page decides to navigate away or continue to browse to other page on the directory, then these will determine the bounce rate. To connect this with whether it will affect SERP or indexing by google is totally not relevant.
