Does the affiliate link have to be on my site?

    Hello , silly question (because I think i know the answer) but just want to make sure.

    Just getting into affiliatea marketing I have an affiliate link from commision junction "http://www.thenameofclient.net/click-numbershere-morenunbers"

    the link in quotes is the link aswell of course?


    Um the question is I "can just put this link not only on my website but also on my blog? and it will still count?"

    Just when you sign up they ask for your website.

    Does that mean that , I've i'm going to put the link on another site, I have to register another URL (myblog) aswell - or there is something in that affiliate code that ties to me (without my website or not?)

    You can basically use that link anywhere.

    If you do a ton of sales then you will want to list the sites that are generating those sales.

    Thanks kindly Browntwn thats wat I thought can put that link anywhere.

    What do you mean list those sites If i do a tun of sales with that one link every where on different blogs?.

    So this is required , So I will add more urls ect only if make a tun of sales. Will this effect me being paid if i dont?
