Hello, I have made money with an affiliate program on a website that requires $150 before you are allowed to withdraw the funds, I never made it to this thresh-hold as I stopped promoting the websites products. Am I entitled to the funds that I made? (it was something like $79) I have tried contacting them and explained that I would like to withdraw the money as I wouldn't be able to get to $150 as I was no longer promoting the products and they just said that all they could do is give me a coupon with the amount I made to spend on their website. Of course I don't want this so I asked again if they could as I would have no use of the coupon but they didn't reply to me. Am I entitled to my money? Or have I probably been f***ed over by terms and conditions? Thanks.
You probably can't do nothing about it, I would take that coupon if I were you. The rules are clearly stated so is not their fault at all.
You haven't been fucked. The condition are the condition. The fact that they offered you a coupon ( compensation ) that is great. Never heard of something like this. Usually if you don't make to the minimum payout ... those are money not made! Why did you stop promoting the site. You don't want to make more money?
Well, what would I do with the coupon as I have no use for the products personally? I stopped promoting the site because I shut-down the website.
Their payment rules are always outlines in the ToS so by signing up, you probably had to agree to that. I agree with the other posts - it seems like they went out of their way to offer you a coupon and that in and of itself is a very nice thing for them to do.
You can always sale the coupon? Maybe it's not worth to you, but someone else may use it! Just an idea...
instead of leaving those coupons you should have taken them and would have sold that coupons to anyone who would have been interested in it. at the end you got nothing, if you would have taken coupon you would have got something in hand.
