Does submitting articles ONLY to EzineArticles.com works in the long-term for promoting ClickBank products? In addition, is there really a need to invest in an article submitter software to distribute my articles to all other article directories? If EZA is the best, would it be a waste of money and time to invest in an article submitter software to distribute to other article directories? I am currently submitting all my articles manually to EZA, ArticleBase and GoArticles only. Are these 3 article directories enough for my article marketing or can I just focus solely on EZA only? If I just focus solely on EZA, will it brings me the kind of decent income as in at least one sale per day? And can anyone give a recommended gauge on at least how many articles per niche on EZA to achieve at least one sale every day? I heard we need at least 200 articles per niche on EZA to achieve at least one sale daily... is that true? Kindly advise.
No there is no set gauge, its all about how your article ranks in google and how stable it is. I have had seen one of my articles giving 13-15 sales per month. If you really want stable earning you really need to take some serious efforts with your SEO work. When it comes to Article marketing lot of people debate on Quantity Vs Quality. After giving 2 years in affiliate marketing I have had realized for long term income its Quality Quality And Only Quality.
When you said "Quality", do you mean the article content must be SEO-Keywords-Rich? i.e. the article content must have lots of undiscovered long-tail keywords so that people can find your article through organic search on Google? And this will in terms lead to more sales?
EZA can be very productive. Write a lot of articles in a desperate niche. I've said it before. You CAN make a decent living from article marketing alone. But while you're doing so, make sure you're diversifying. You never know when the Ezine Crackrock will run out. I wouldn't waste your time with any article software.
Thanks for the advise. When you say diversifying, do you mean going into other affiliate networks and builing up lists too? Do you have any strategies on how to rank your articles higher on Google? Do social bookmarking sites like StumbleUpon, Reddit, Digg and Propeller help? Do enlighten me. Thanks!
When I say diversifying, I mean making sure that you start working on other projects, any projects, that will produce money. If you're making a full-time income with EZA, what happens if it were to, say, instantly disappear overnight? You'd have no source of income! By working on several projects at once, and getting them to eventually generate income, you wouldn't be left on the streets if EZA were to die. As far as your other questions are concerned, the only way to find out is to try. 99.9% of my projects were failures. I tried everything. Eventually , though, I found a winning combination. Just keep testing, and never give up.
200 articles may not bring you one sale per day. Even 500 may not. On the other hand, even a single well written article having a nice position on the first page for a nice keyword can bring a sale a day. There are too many factors involved. And yes, don't believe in what others say. Every successful affiliate out there doesn't want to spill the secrets. And don't ever buy those secret guides. Just remember that "Don't stop working coz you aren't getting good conversions or sales" You will eventually find something that works for you.
Thank you very much for your advise! Oh yeah, why not you be the first to spill the secrets of affiliate marketing out here? You can start the ball rolling...
I'm not saying that I'm a super affiliate or a guru. Not that I have any million dollar secrets. But I do manage to make a few sales a day. There are not really any secrets, that's just my methodology i have perfected over time. Its how you use the available things & how easily you are able to use them for maximum benefits. I may tell you but then I'd need a whole ebook to explain what i know. That is why i say that its all about trying out yourself, never say die and finally you will find the methodology that suits you.
To answer your question: Yes it CAN work in the long term but with a lot of articles. If you want real success then you need to have ownership! Let's say that you write 500 articles for Ezine articles and get lots of sales in a niche - well done you have done well! Now it is time to do it all over again in the next niche? This is where most people starting out fail! A better way would be to do this: Pick a niche - use NicheJunky to find a product that the gravity and popularity is on the rise! Use Google Keyword tool to get 30 long tail phrases with about 10 main competitive phrases. Write your articles - all 30 of them and submit to Ezine articles - 5 or 6 a day. While you are doing this make sure that your free blogger blog or landing page is using aweber to collect emails - take 5 articles and make a free report so you actually get people signing up. Do this across 5 niches. Find out which is bringing you in the most sales. Then register a domain and get hosting and set up a good Wordpress blog with fresh content. Update daily until you have about 20 - 30 posts, and remember everyday to submit a few to Ezine articles and the other major article sites all pointing back to your new Wordpress blog. Get more sales, get more emails. Then you know what you have? A site that you can sell on flippa, or you can keep it and build it up! Or you can take your site, articles etc... - make your own product and blast the new product to the list you have built and be a very successful vendor! Ask your list what they would like to see in a product and provide the answer! Hope this helps! Chris
You have provided very effective real-time tips to do an internet marketing business correctly! Thank you!
spread your articles wherever you want. But PROMOTE them. Without backlinks to the articles you're losing most of the potential of article marketing
Here quality have multidimensional measures, 1st develop a quality content which will add value to reader's knowledge, 2nd give a out of box title, 3rd make it keyword rich(Content and Title), 4th build theme specific quality links. That's IT! Believe me your 80% of income will come from 20% of efforts, its just you need to scale more to earn more.
One quality article that is written FOR the people is better than 500 useless poor quality articles that are keyword stuffed. Quality articles on Ezinearticles will help with linkbaiting. People will publish your article so you get more links to your site. I have been using article marketing for Clickbank sales for a long, long time.
How do you promote articles? Isn't that what the article site does for you by having the article available to its readers?
You need to build backlinks. Social bookmarking is good as well as submitting the articles to other directories with a link back to your main article. So if you have an article on Ezine, submit the same one to GoArticles and a few other directories and not only link back to your landing page but link back to the Ezine article as well. Look for Petehols journal on here and read through it. I learned a ton on article marketing just by reading that journal. It's long but worth it.
Another tip, try to get your new article to the most viewed article of your category as soon as possible, this way you will maximize your new article exposure for 60 days.
