    They should no problem, as long as you follow their rules for ad placement, you will get paid.

    As long as you implement the code correctly, it should pay out to whatever website you put it on UNLESS you specify it to only pay you on domains you have selected and forgo the rest. (This is done in case spammers/hackers try to get your code banned by implementing it on spammy websites; you just adjust it so it counts money and clicks specifically from your website - but that's an option which you have to enable.).
