I hear a lot of theories about that making sport will make you live longer. how do you thing is it true?
I agree. If you do not do the sports and always stay without moving,how can you be healthy and have a long life. But do not always do the acute sports.
Professional sport causes just damages and actually can make your life even shorter... fitness and healthy nutrition (quality of water included) are the most important factors affecting your life time
It depends on the sport you make If you're a tec diver and make very deep cave penetration I don't think it'll statistically improve length your live.
Exercise is good for the body and you exercise in most sports, so that would translate into a longer life.

yes definitely it keeps you live long... It is not on sports, generally more physical work.. it might be exercise in gym or running or sport or manual labour work, but what is needed is you must do some activities hard enough to use your physical body parts, and get atleast some drop of sweat....
I guess its really true when u involve in such a good activity where your mind and even your body involves so all this make really younger.

Sport is an exercise, it makes you run, sweat, breath faster and mold your body various. It keep your body fit and makes internal and external organs run properly. so when your body is fit and fine, definitely you will live longer. So keep fit and healthy do exercises , I recommend Yoga.
