    bro see I also makes a account net banking credit card visa .its works only in India for online shopping .i didn't add pan card to it but when I linked with PayPal it says transaction not allow .iam doind business of MTA San Andreas server buying from other country but I can't able to buy servers from there should I link my pan card also or make another bank account can anyone help which is best hdfc or SBI
