No it won't. Debit cards of only few International banks like ICICI or HDFC, etc. work with PP. And that too International debit cards.

Yes they are. Like if a normal one costs Rs.100, the International debti card would cost Rs.500.

ICICI & HDFC Rs.10000 FD(Fixed Deposit) for International debit card

If you need CREDIT card simply make Rs.20000 FD

No, there is no need of any FD for debit cards.
You get a Debit card with your normal savings accounts. For Urban areas you need to open a saving account with Rs.10,000 while for semi-urban its Rs.5000.

And I have given details about same too. There is not much difference in normal and International debit card.
One needs FD in case of credit cards only.

I don't use any debit card with PayPal. But the International Gold Debit Card is the one I use for creating Virtual cards. And they work well without any problem on any website where CC or PP is accepted.

I am talking about International debit card as PayPal is not Indian. So, its better to get a International and avail all features. You also get some life insurance with it for free.:p

I haven't said anywhere that you can link it(Debit card). But there is chance that it would work. Rest depends upon your luck.

But still, you can make virtual credit cards and make all payments directly without using PP.
