Does social bookmarking help?

I daily work on this task for long, but I don't see any change in term of traffic and PR. Even, my site PR is down from 3 to 2. Did I do anything wrong? What should I do to improve the matter? Please help!!!

I think your doing this social bookmarkign the wrong way which might result to spamming already. The best way for you to do is analyzed your site and get more backlinks to high PR site. Try other methods not just social bookmarking in getting backlinks to improve PR. And also update your site/blog with useful and unique content

 

you submit like 4000 directory, social bookmarking and article every thing but your data is not good like High PR, high popular and Dofollow data so how can u get good backlinks, improve popularity.

if your pr is coming down and still you are doing your tasks that means you are following some wrong strategies...its true not to focus just on the bookmarking they bring traffic to your site and improve the backlinks ...along with the bkmarking do some fresh blog posting and comment posting ..and make sure what you are posting just post on the site having a pr..posting on a site having the 0 and the no pr can make your site penalized...
