Does smart pricing limited to one domain?

So, I've had a few clicks on DP but only made one cent ¬¬ So I was thinking "well, that's very smart priced". But then I looked at the clicks for my website and my earnings work out to be around $0.27 per click, which is normal for my blog and website.

So, I was thinking, do you just get smart priced on one domain?

 

I'm not completely sure if it is true nor do I remember the sources, but I read that a single domain that's not converting well can get your entire account smartpriced and thus you should remove AdSense from the site that you consider is the one that is not converting.

 

My other websites don't seem to be affected though.

Side note: Really sorry about the bad grammar in the title, I forgot to update the begining when I changed the wording >.<

 

Might be something else, like advertisers targeting DP forums on Google (and paying for ad views instead of clicks).

 

Well, I've made $7 from DP today, so may be before was just a bad day...

 

Its very difficult to say. Some say it affects the whole account even if the cause is one domain.

 

I made 1.29 from one single click from DP so no way smartpriced
