Does SKrill (MoneyBookers) has any Support Team ?

I need to contact SKrill support, but all I can find is a knowledge base (help center) where I can't find the answers I need ...

Is there an email address or contact form hidden somewhere ?

 

There is a way to contact them, but you won't find it easily - have to dig through their support articles.

I've spent HOURS on hold on moneybookers (skrill) support lines waiting for the next operator to pick up eventually just so he/she could forward my call back to the previous one, and so on so forth. And they're completely idiotic, they really have no clue about who's to solve a particular issue. We've had an issue with the account limits after processing too much money, and what happened was that I've kept trying for two weeks to resolve this, we've had to close the account. Yet another example of a promising business ruined by incompetent staff.

 

You can contact them via the contact form on your account after login. A support ticket ID will be created and you'll receive updates via email

i had my account blocked once .. could not send money .... i had it resolved within 24h by sending a fax ..also depends maybe in which country you are ... was easy for the US

 

Yes, they do have. Simply login into your Skrill account and you'll be able to open a support ticket

 

I have also had the best success by crating support tickets via my account. Their phone system is absolutely crazy. Sometimes it rings and rings, sometimes you get stuck on hold forver, and some other times somebody picks up right away. Not a good way to run a business... especially one involved in payment processing!

 

Log in your account click help email support select your department write your question and send .
u will get ticket number instantly .

 

Call them they are answering the phone.

 

I called them, it's ok but contact by email is not possible
