Does Skrill impose a 21-day holding limit?

    Does Skrill (Moneybookers) impose a 21-day holding limit similar to Paypal when you sell or been inactive on eBay or any other marketplace website that uses its payment api? Is there a way to eliminate such account restriction for seasonal sellers on eBay?

    If your a seller and they haven't got all your company details like your reg# etc, They put a withdraw limit on the account for 21 Days I think.
