If i sign up for adwords, I would have text based links floating around on websites as ads. Do these links count as good backlinks for PR calculation ? I mean do they contribute to PR ?
No, a) they're javascript and don't get crawled b) it would be such a ridiculously corrupt system that it would be unsustainable.
