    Do you mean people randomly sent the $200 to your PP account?
    If yes,then you cannot withdrawn the $200 coz its not your $$.

    Since you used fake identity while creating the account, there is nothing you can do as of now. You will have to wait for 180 days for limitation to get lifted, when you would be given single chance to withdraw your money to a bank account that matches the name on your Paypal account. Since the identity is fake, in order to claim the money, you would now also require to open a bank account in such a name....

    You will not be able to transfer this money to anybody! :(

    I guess your paypal acc is not verfied.
    Just verify it and you can transfer money through it . why not ?

    Nope thats not possible..Since u have opened up a US paypal..You need to verify it inorder to send the cash..Or else no chance :)

    It was not random, I was paid for a service I provided.

    I don't want to withdraw the $ I just want to be able to send it to another PayPal account.

    That seems fair that I would at least be able to use the money in their service.. Sent from a verified seller with many transactions?
