does seo depends on website hosting / IP also ?

Server location is not the thing to be count in SEO result, but loading speed of a site is a factor to be count in ranking your site. It will be better if you will have a dedicated server rather than shared one.

Site loading time(which MAY be affected by your web server) and server uptime/downtime would probably be the only 2 things that affect SEO from a hosting perspective. You might also want to make sure you website IP is not on any blacklists as well if it is on a shared web host and not dedicated IP hosting.
