Does Screensavor.com convert well, and pay?

    I could make a site, and earn $.60 off the conversions. And then spend $.10 on adwords.
    Also since they put a lot of spyare in their programs - wouldn't it be unethical to promote this sort of thing?

    What would be the best way to make money from this?
