Does sandbox affect Pagerank?

    I have a new site and domain (3 months old) and my goal is to achieve PR and now is building backlinks. If it was in sandbox, will it influence your pagerank?

    you can still get high pr even if your site is new and/or in the sandbox.

    If you check out his sig, he has a lot of directories...all he needs is PR...the higher PR he gets the more he can get for links in the directory

    As directory site, it only need robot visitor.,
    BTW,i guess google maybe reduce the authority of directory .:confused:

    How they can reduce the authority of directory, are they going to reduce their PR gradually or what?
