Does relevant forum back links is effective in link building?

    Relevant is the biggest myth of seo. Relevant links may be better than unrelated ones, but you can get great rankings by having links from websites that are completely unrelated to your site.

    I agree. I've had websites get high SERPs from links on non-relevant sites and links on non-relevant articles. It is important to note that it also comes down to how competitive the keywords you are tartetting in your signature and bear in mind that if you are on relevant forums then the chances are you are going to get better targeted traffic from those who are on the forum

    Yes you will get the backlinks from forums but try to use forums that are relevant to your website.
