Does the time when you submit your article or press release have any effect on it's SEO impact (I'm not talking about articles about current events)? Additionally which one's better for getting more views? At an obscure time when there's less people are releasing them and pushing your article off the front page, or during prime business hours when more people are reading them?
it doesn't really matter when you submit the articles. most of the good artciles directories manually approve articles so you dont have any control over when it gets published. some articles directories auto approve articles but they hardly get any traffic
