Does putting a gambling phrase on site make it a gambling site?

If I have a site that sells various types of gifts and I want to add a section to it that sells "poker gifts " - cards, chips, dogs playing poker or whatever. Does that instantly turn it into an adult/gambling themed page and subject to filtering if search preferences are set that way? Or does it go a little deeper than that?

Short answer is NO. I offer SEO services, internet marketing services, design services, hosting services multimedia services and I even sell a database that focuses on targeting gamblers. Does it make my website a gambling related website? Not at all and I really doubt I'm being penalized for it in any way. Actually, I don't have any backlinks to that section of my website and I'm still #1 in MSN for a keyword competing with 500k+ websites! :)
