    Here are some rules for buying a domain name:
    a)It must be short.
    b)It must be easy to read and easy to remember.
    c)It must be a single word or at most 2 words.
    d)Must be something that you can sell in future (A lot of people later figure out that they have to sell their business, website or domain name).

    Yes, why because people think of things, while searching what they are looking far.If the keywords are there in domain that would have done with seo...it shows in the SERP's

    Having the keyword in the domain is not as critical as it used to be. You need to "BRAND" yourself and make that what people search for.
    Example is Keller Williams instead of Real estate. Xerox instead of Copier...Chevrolet instead of car although I love my corvettes.
