Does PR ups and down ?

    Does it increase continually or some times down ??

    Only one of my sites has had a PR change this year - and it went DOWN. So yes, both ways.

    On every PR update you get an increase in PR when you are building quality back links on regular basis. But as you loose your quality back links, then Google will drop your website PR.

    pr updates according to inbound and outbound backlinks , and yes your site can get good ranking and bad ranking also depends in quality site and backlink
