PR does matter when you are selling ads space on your website. PD is one of many criteria which people consider while buying ads on a website. Be it banner ad or text ad.

In a SEO Point of view Page Rank is matter to the site. Bocz its figure out the status of the site on the Google. Google gives the rank to the site according to the data base store in their system.

If you want to Increase the Page Rank of your site here are one best method is that do Link Bulding to your site but the links are valid and also relevant to your site. Bocz Quality and Relevancy is the matter to the SEOs

    Seconded.

PR probably matters a lot to people who start out, but if you're in it for the long run, you'll take visitors over PR any day.

Google has always said not to focus too much on PR, but on building backlinks and unique content and the PR will come

Good PR can't harm, but it's all about SERP - that's what's going to get visitors in.

No, PR does not matter to me. Age of the domain, Majestic Links/Ip's and other stuff maters more to me than PR.

Pr is important too, but not exactly how many people think of it.

I think it does matters to me, but that is more because of the ads you can sell on the website for higher prices.
Because if you could chose between 2 site to promote your product on, site A and site B.
They both have the same amount of visitors/pageviews etc. But site A has a PR1 and site B has a PR5. Then I'd choose for site B :)

I don't mind PR. It just refers to the AGE of the website. SERP and traffic are more important if you really want to generate income from your website.
