Sorry but I just would like to know is our PR giving any effect on value of ads that is displayed by Adsense on our website? Example, PR1-2 website will have small paying value of ads while PR6-7 will have much higher value of ads per click?

    Anyone can confirm?

No of course not, but if you have the keyword Pagerank it might.

I can't confirm it because I don't have proof, but I think a site with PR1 or 2 with a few backlinks would need some time to develop trust and prove themselves worthy of the higher payings ads.

I have always noticed that Adwords payout on the sites I administer always get better over time.

I don't have proof. But i did notice the value of ads dropping as soon as my PR dropped. Maybe it is just a coincedence.

You know...I tried to make that point over in the buy and sell area last month, in regards to people buying sites based on adsense revenue, yet themselves having new adsense accounts, and expecting the same revenue to continue...and how stupid it was.
And I got bombarded with, "You don't know what you are talking about"

i don't think so!! page rank has nothing to do with the type of ads being displayed, its the content that shows relevant ads and not the pr of the site.

The price of the ads that are available to you is directly related to how long you have been with the program , in good standing.

Does it mean if you have good niche but you are still new, you will only be served with low cost paying ads? How long can be consider is good standing period with the program? 6 months? 1 year? Care to share.. Would appreciate that..

    Thanks,
    Sha

I don't think there is a relation between site age or pagerank and the ads, it's all about words in your content and which ads Google algorithm decide to show on your pages. Sometimes I have 0.03$ clicks and some times 0.50$ clicks in the same site and the same date!
