    They have nothing to do with each other. You can have a high PR but if you're not getting any traffic your chances of getting clicks will be very little. Traffic = chances for clicks = money

    Of course, YES... Higher pagerank would give you a chance to have more visitors in your site. It is not the main player in adsense earning but it is part of it.

    Well I'm not a SEO expert, but I read somewhere that PR is one of the 700 factors in google's algorithm that affects SERPs.

    I think it does. The higher the PR the more popular the website therefore the more value it can offer to users.
