There are various menthods discussed and implenented to get high PR. This could only increase the probability of traffic. Does this also guarantee high CTR?
High PR does not neccessarily increase traffic. And click through could be even less dependent on PR. A worthless page with one interesting link may have high CTR. A high PR page with irrelevant links may have low CTR There are lots of open ends in your wondering. What methods?
Pr has nothing to do with the CTR but you can Optimize your site with Strong Backlinks to get high ranking.
Dear Google You have given me a nice Page Rank but the CTR for my site is non existant. I would like you to compensate me for the effort I have put into making my site attractive in your eyes.
Whelp, if you have a HIGH PR then I can Guarantee the increase of text link buyers requests for inclusion
Agreed, I'd expand on that and say PR and traffic and CTR don't correlate at all, they're completely different factors.
I agree with seoBear fully. PR is basically a factor that is used by Google to understand the importance of your website based on how many incoming links (and the quality of the source) that you have. CTR is basically how many clicks you are getting on your "most-desired action" out of the number of people who are coming to your website. Actually they dont have any relationship. Regards Abhishek
It's not even based on how many, rather the PR of the links that you do have. A page with 1 link can have a higher PR than a page with tens of thousands. That's why PR isn't really related to traffic either.
PR often doesn't even guarantee visitors (a prerequisite for clicks...). As for the CTR, I have seen pages which have no way out but to press ads. They may be lousy (and will have low PR), they may force many to "back" up, but can still generate a very high CTR.
