does posting your web links on orkut or any google service may ban you?

i recently recoginze that when you post any weblinks on orkut they ask for security code but does the posted links goes to google database and google tracks the links and then ban the owner of that adsense account

what do you think
they should be doin this

 

no they are not tracking any orkut posts links now. but they are banning few sites using some criteria within orkut (ex tinyurl etc )

 

so you mean we cannot use tinyurl's in orkut to promote our websites?
