Does placing the menu bar on top reduce ad targeting?

    On my site I have the menu bar placed horizontally below the banner. I'm wondering if this is a bad idea and if it reduces how targeted your adsense ads will be?

    I think your adsense ads will be based on the content and keywords they find in your page content rather than your nav bar.
