    Can you open the PayPal website ? It is not opening over here ..

    Its working very well in IE,FF and Chrome for me. Try to clear browsing data in Chrome and then try again.

    although you live at palestine,zimbabwe or afganistant ,I dont think paypal refuse your connections base on the country you live with ,perhaps you need to restart your IP or connection to rerefresh the link connection to the WWW.
