I have been with Paypal since 2000 for more than 6 years and what made Paypal poplars "you can buy with confident by using Paypal”

Paypal are you listing to this (you can buy with confident by using Paypal) means jack sh*t to the consumer when you can't stand behind it, this is no way to treat your bread-and-butter. The term’s T.O.S. must be perceived as fair and must not be needlessly bureaucratic.

In other words, many website offers a money back guarantee which means you are about to be ripe-off by the seller when you pay it with Paypal, there is no guarantee that the seller will refund your money this was my first dispute with Paypal. Did you know how long it took Paypal to make their decision? All of 60 seconds. Their so call Resolution Center is a joke! :(

Paypal clearly states in their terms they do not offer buyer protection for non shipped goods. This makes total sense otherwise no seller would ever attempt to sell any good that is not shipped on paypal. With a virtual good of any kind the seller cannot provide much in terms of proof the buyer can just say I did not receive it even if they did. There is a post recently on DP that talks about this exact situation. Of course paypal closed the dispute because it the item was not covered under the buyer protection.

In the future if you want more protection consider using a credit card. In this case the card company will always side with you on your charge back even if service was rendered.
