I have an e-commerce site that is not getting about 400 hits per day in traffic and I'm getting no sales. I recently switched to Paypal Payment Pro becuase I was told that accepting credit cards directly on your site will enable you to get better conversions. But I've not seen that. Then I got a distressed call from a guy who said he TRIED to buy but got a rejection three times in a row. Then he logged into his online banking and it showed three transactions! It was on the weekend and his bank cleared it up on monday as they said the transactions never went through. Here's the sick part...I have no record on my software that he tried to buy. I also have no record of attempted transactions in Paypal. I've since shut that module down and gone with just Paypal standard as the only accepted form, but now that I think about it, the entire ACCOUT is upgraded to Paypal Pro....so if it's a glitch on the account then I might experience the same problem. It's like a mystery to me. I could be losing sales and not know it.
