Does Paypal offer Paypal debit card to Canadian?

    I want to get a paypal debit card, since i am traveling to US soon, and I have some US dollars on my paypal account.

    First of all. After i logged in, I was not able to find the link for paypal debit card application.

    I got the link after i googled, but once I clicked on the link, i think i got redirected to my profile page.

    So, I guess, they are hiding the application link for non-us users, and they only offer the debit card to US users only?

    found out this card is no longer available to Canadians.
