Does Paypal Master debit card works in at ATM Machines of Pakistan?

    I am using Paypal Debit Master Card here at Sweden. Now I am going to Pakistan for few months. I want to know that Can I use it on ATM machines of Pakistan Banks where Master Card is accepted? And what are the charges?
