Nope thats not true. Paypal allow 2 paypal accounts / person (one personal account and another is premier/business account). DON.
Paypal distinguishes between accounts based on individuals and their identity and not through IP address. A family of four living in a single house can technically be using a single PC and internet to operate their individual paypal accounts and such operations is not considered illegal in the eyes of Paypal! You surely can have two premier accounts from the same IP... as long as they are on different names! Regards, RightMan
This is not true... You can have multiple accounts from same IP. But make sure you have all the account legal and you will have enough documents to submit them because they may limit any of your account for security purpose and ask you for the documents. I'm sure they will not harm you in any way if you provide the required documents.
