Does Paypal accept indian debit cards ..?

    hey i want to know that does paypal accept indian debit cards .
    because whenever i tried to link my debit card with paypal it refuses it .
    can anyone help me out please .
    i am from india and i have account in idbi bank.

    It should be an International debit card. Like MasterCard. If you are trying to link a domestic one, it may not work.
    I am not sure what all debit cards IDBI offers, but central bank offers Maestro cent cash card which is good for nothing.

    BTW; why exactly are you linking this card to your PayPal account? If you are looking to make payment on some site, try creating a VCC on EntroPay. From what I have found, IDBI doesn't offers VCC facility either, so that's the only option you have.

    Most of the Debit cards in India are not accepted by paypal. The ones accepted are HDFC and ICICI Bank Debit Cards. You can also create Entropay Cards to load your Paypal account if you are not having any of these cards.

    paypal accept only few debit cards from India. change your debit card type from master card to visa type
