Does Payoneer offer payment processing services like Paypal?

    Does Payoneer offer payment processing services like Paypal? Can you upload and send money to somebody else Payoneer prepaid Mastercard?

    Currently we do not offer a payment processing service.

    If you both have a Payoneer card, for participating partners we have the Card to Card option, to load money from one card to another.

    Additionally, if you are loading from a non Payoneer card, we provide our private load option. Please note that all private loads are subject to manual approval by our payments department.
