does pay per sale work?

    I currently run 2 shopping sites, I mainly get traffic from ppc with Google. I have been looking into pay per sale sites like commission junction and clixgalore. Does anyone have any experience with these? do they work are there others that are affective?

    If done professionally.
    There are companies that its their business core.
    I personally work for one...
