Does pay per post for forums violate google adsense?

Pay per post is a popular method of making your forum look alive. And its infact done by many new forums to kickstart the activity in the forum.

But i was wondering whether it violates google adsense guidelines.
I think its like paying people for coming to your site. It is similar to Pay to Surf schemes which are specifically banned by google.

I guess there is a big risk of getting adsense account banned if u pay for posts.

I have yet to hear about such an occurance. You can always remove your adsense while you are running the paid post campaign.

I don't remove my adsense. It's a suggestion to make you more comfortable. I am fine with it.

I don't think it would be a violation. Just ask your paid posters to not click on any adsense ad's unless they are truely interested. Or just don't mention it at all, I doubt paid posters do much adsense clicking. Just IMO>

As the paid forum posting involves too many posters, it is indeed an issue. Adsense can object about it any time

    1. No one is perfect
    2. You can just change the skin
    3. How can adsenes tell if its paid or not
    4. Would adsense actually care?
    5. All that does is drop your eCPM as well

Why would you bump a 3 year old thread to make the kind of post that you did? Guess you need to build your post count somehow :(

I have never heard of this being an issue, and as previous posters have said - I very much doubt it will be a problem.
