    I believe it matters. If its not then why we need good pr links and promote our websites to high pr sites only?

    what is the worry, the PR down, or a website visitor who is reduced. I think the PR drop is less affected by SERP

    Yeah very good thought!! if they are selling a link or so called paid links you should have a high (PR) page so could earn by posting someone site to your page..!
