This post shows exactly how much you know about Australia, little more than zilch. We are in the ASIA PACIFIC. We receive much more profit from our Asian neighbours than from our US neighbours. We are Asians much moreso than we are Americans. Most Aussies would take a polite Asian over a loud-mouthed American any day.

We, are the fellow country men fighting in our name, supposedly for 'us'.

What right do we have to continuously complain of one single death on our side when we have murdered hundreds of thousands? None whatsoever.

That is a fair statement, and certainly would make more sense than your PM declaring it to be a century owned exclusively by your neighbors. Of course it doesn't jive with the rest of her policies where she claims to want to surf "explosive growth in Asia". Obviously Australia isn't experiencing explosive growth, so if your logic holds true, your PM must have multi-personality disorder. I'll be satisfied with either explanation.

This is also a fair assessment. Doing business with your neighbors should obviously be easier than doing business with someone on the other side of the planet.

Ah, you were holding it together so well, and now you've lost it. Culturally speaking, you have very little in common with Asia, and quite a bit in common with the US. It is one of the big reasons your boys are fighting side by side with our boys in Afghanistan instead of helping China quell rising civil unrest and inject it's babies in the head with poison because they are above the quota.

Anecdotally speaking, my experiences with Australians were rather hostile, bordering on racist towards Asians(or people of any color other than white). There are numerous articles in your newspapers that attest to this fact. Personally, I've had nothing but good vibes from Aussies, excluding one particular Aussie on this forum.

So now you are saying your countrymen have murdered hundreds of thousands of innocent people? Again, report yourself to the authorities. Be sure to provide evidence.

I find it particularly sad that liberals peddle low self esteem based on lies.

Agreed. For years I have been calling for this. - Let the Hague decide if what our leaders did was legal, that's all I ask. Not a predetermined outcome, just good ol fashioned honesty. Is what we are doing to steal oil legal?

No question we have our share of racists, none whatsoever. As a young country we will grow and as numerous articles in our newspapers attest we are changing for the better. But we won't be lectured or dictated to by anyone else.

I'm off to Vietnam in a short while Seppo. It was either Vietnam or Hawaii this time. Vietnam won hands down and I'll take some special photos just for you.

Vietnam is a better call for a guy suffering a massive case of white guilt. Go to a country with short guys and you'll look bigger. Should be a good morale boost.

Wow, isn't this just fantasic. First a Republican headkicker from New Jersey endorses Obama and now the New York Mayor comes out in favour of Obama.

" In a surprise announcement, New York's Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, says Hurricane Sandy has reshaped his thinking about the presidential campaign and he is endorsing Barack Obama.

Mr Bloomberg, a political independent in his third term leading New York City, has been critical of both Mr Obama and Mitt Romney, the president's Republican rival, saying that both men have failed to candidly confront the problems afflicting the nation. But he said he had decided over the past few days that Mr Obama was the better candidate."

AND, bags the shit out of Romney:

""In the past he has taken sensible positions on immigration, illegal guns, abortion rights and health care – but he has reversed course on all of them, and is even running against the very health care model he signed into law in Massachusetts," the mayor said."

Today is the day to not give him a second chance! He failed the first time and we can not afford him anymore. His buddies in insurance, wall street and GM, etc... have very full pockets and our children will be paying for it forever!

Time to get back on track as America and not try to become some foreign socialistic country.

    Bob isn't aware of much.

How ironic that Ed Schultz, Andrea Mitchell, and others bitterly mocked Romney for gathering food for disaster relief instead of campaigning while New Yorkers are literally eating out of dumpsters. More irony watching the current FEMA handling of Hurricane Sandy while Obama goes on a multi state campaign tour, and not even a single criticism from the press. Has anyone seen the pictures of the aftermath?

One thing is for certain, American faith in the fourth estate has hit Baghdad Bob level credibility this election cycle. What a bunch of clowns.

Hell man ! To make a quote like that is an incredible indictment for a case of total ignorance.

READ your history - How the Devil could America stay out of WW2 when the bloody Japs knocked the shit out of the US Navy at Pearl Harbor ? What the hell do you think FDR should have done ? Sent the damned Japs a bouquet of Cherry Blossoms !

AND before you turn your addled idiotic mind to the European campaign - it was HITLER that declared war on America and after that started sinking US ships.
For God sake man, if you must make comments, get with it first ! Stay out of WW2 ? How could you say such a stupid thing ?

Facts that rather made those two arseholes Lindbergh and old man "Booze runner" Kennedy and their gang of soft-headed followers look right prats eh ?

PLEASE DON`T REPLY, this thread on the Obama/Romney thingy is going great and we do not want to hijack it onto WW2 do we ? Just accept the facts and go back to reading Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

Yep. Press has gone from watchdog to lapdog. I never realized what a check the press was against political action until they quit doing it. A politician without a press holding his actions against him pretty well can get away with murder. Literally.

On the bright side, CBS seems to have awakened to notice the Benghazi massacre. They broke a few new details themselves yesterday.

The bigger story is why the oval office has broke none of the details. If anything, they have provided documented disinformation and lies. The "most transparent administration in history" which, according to Obama, is actively conducting an investigation to determine the facts, has yet to disseminate even a single fact. Were it not for the work of Fox News/Bret Baier, and now CBS, the whole thing would have been buried.

Its enough to make one think the facts are worse than the cover up.

I understand the US couldn't have stayed out of it. I was just trying to make a point that people whine because the US interferes all over the world but if they didn't the world would be very different now. Had the US been able to stay out of WWII (which of course you are right, they couldn't), Europe would be a very different place right now. I was just saying that the US 'interfering' in everyone business is probably a good thing for the world as a whole.

    Fine Neil,
I fully understand and am sorry for being a bit hard on you, but unlike many millions of others in the world I feel forever grateful to the US for all they did in WW2 at such a dreadful cost in lives. Without the enormous sacrifices of Russia and the US, Hitler`s 1,000 year Reich with the whole of Europe enslaved would still be there today.

Every person in the Western World and most of the Far East owe the freedom they enjoy today largely to the USA. Even the stinking, worthless scum who kill innocent Americans for fun, blow up Embassy`s and crash civil aeroplanes into highly populated buildings. They would not be allowed such freedom to carry out their despicable activities under the Nazi`s. No prisoner status then, they would be shot on capture.

Since the historic and indomitable period of "The British Redcoats" pre-Victorian era, there is a saying amongst some of our more sceptical British soldier boys that "The British will fight until the last American" and in WW1 and WW2 that is true to an extent.

    Your comments are 100% perfect.
Now, let us leave the thread to the Obama/Romney gladiators.

What you are seeing and reading about what is happening on Long Island is all bullshit. Obama and Bloomberg are fucking up, big time. Bloomberg is an ass and his handling of Hurricane Sandy might cost him re-election. Obama might even lose New York!

I am sitting here boiling over, fucking furious!!! Most of Long Island is still without power. Thousand and thousands of trucks have driven in from electric companies as far away as Florida to help restore power. And News12 Long Island showed a video with union New York LIPA truck workers yelling at these non-union workers "Get the ***bleep*** out of here, you scabs!" Bloomberg and Obama are silently complicit in this, and the local news has stopped reporting on how these power trucks from hundreds of miles away are being forced to go home by the unions! My parents, my family might have no power for WEEKS because Obama, Cuoma, and Bloomberg all have their heads up the ass of the unions.

Want more on how Bloomberg is an ass? Hundreds of thousands of Long Islanders have lost their homes and are staying in hotels. But now, because Bloomberg wants the NY marathon to continue this Sunday, these people are literally being kicked out of hotels to make room for tourists.

I spoke to my cousin on the phone, who is as liberal as they come. His home has been destroyed. Ocean water started in the depressed 1st floor, then moved up the six steps to flood his kitchen and living room. The upstairs is dry but the foundation is ruined. he has a wife, a six-year son and an infant daughter. Speaking to me over the phone, he yelled how his life and been destroyed and Bloomberg is talking on the radio about global warming. He's now voting for Romney "out of spite". His neighbors, in the ultra liberal neighborhood of Copiague are also disgusted at the trucks being shoved away and are shouting about voting for Romney.

I am so sick and tired of liberal hacks like Bob that have no fucking experience and live their life under a rock that think they can interpret events based on NO knowledge and NO real understanding. Bob, is the internet all you have? Because it's clear to me that the loves of others mean nothing to you.

The media is desperate, Desperate, DESPERATE to make Obama look good in the wake of this disaster. They are covering up Obama's screwups on Sandy. Useless tools like Bob don't know the difference.
