Hi Everyone. I have confused about nofollow link that it count as a back link in google. I have one site: http://www.bloomingartificial.com/template/default.aspx and when i check it's back link in google then first back link is http://eblogtip.com/facebook-2/facebook-fans-value.html. here my site link is at "blooming artificial" keyword and that link is nofollow.
A no follow is a link that passes no page rank to the outgoing website. Therefore other then giving visitors to the site a outgoing link, google probably wont use this to help index your site.
nofollow links do show up in webmaster tools as back links, but I believe google does not use them when calculating page rank / search engine position.
yes as per men no follow links are counted as back links. but when the Google spider comes it may not count it
I am newbie but i think we can still get backlink from nofollow link, but not counted by google when updating pagerank.
I have read a good article from a SEO Expert. He said that DO Follow and No Follow weights the same on google. He also said the a BACKLINK is A BACKLINK no matter its a DO or NO ^_^
Many times Google doesn't count nofollow link. but sometimes by the way count nofollow link in their database.........
I checked your links on the referral site some where its dofollow and some where it nofollow. see: <BR><A class=text title="Artificial Plant" href="http://www.bloomingartificial.com/template/default.aspx">Blooming Artificial</A><BR> means that you have dofollow link.
Nofollow link is useless for any website users because it does not count as backlinks by Google crawler....So try to get dofollow link for your website....
Nofollow definately doesnt add weight to a sight. However Google still crawls pages with a nofollow attribute.
yes they count, just no PR and it's debatable as to how much impact the have on the serps in comparison to dofollow, on the other hand natural footprints are important and so, don't get hung up on no and do follow.
No-follow links are irrelevant for search engines (says Matt Cutts, who works for the Search Quality group in Google)
we can not surely say that google count or not the no follow link.i think google ignore the no follow link..
