Does [niche]review.com look spammy?

    Will a website with a name like potteryreviews.com look spammy to google or to users period? Like something with review in the domain. Does that raise the spam red flag to you guys?

    I don't think its too spammy, preferably I would go for the singular potteryreview.com

    There are many credible magazines ending in 'review'

    I think putting reviews on your domain will actually make you rank well in the SERPS. It's not spammy at all. I have a general blog with the word reviews on the domain and so far, some of the gadget reviews that I have posted managed to make its way on top of Google's search engine.
