does .net exact match domain ranks higher ?

    do .net domains are also treated as great as .coms i have one niche with exact match domain but it has .net available .com is not available still can i rank higher on serps by having .net in it

    I have never experianced that .net domains get more worth in search engines, yes its true you can rank higher above the .com domain with exact match if you work properly (seo).

    No matter whether it is the .com or .net. Here Quality and reputation matter. So, go a head with the quality SEO process. I would suggest you to go through with the google webmaster quality guidelines (in the google webmaster tools website) to know some basic facts/tips and suggestions on the quality seo process.

    there isn't really much experimentation done on domains in SEO. however, it is assumed that .com is favored above all. .net, .org, etc are second best. i'd go with it if i were you. :)

    extension doesnt make much different in SEO, people prefer .com just because it is default at the user mind.
    .net can still rank good in SERP

    I believe exact much will not help you. But still domain is very imporatnt for SEO. Domain with higher ammout of type-in traffic rank better. That is why .com is better than .net
