Actually i stumbled upon it on someone's website. his website is here --> twitter flying bird widget anyway, i can't find a place to copy and paste the html code for the opt in, the 'tradablebits' application on facebook only allows me to put pictures on my welcome page.. do you have any idea how to do it? like how exactly?
Use Static HTML app instead and copy & paste the html code there. I cant explain it much here as i have to type a lot But i'm sure you'll figure it out on yourself. Here is the link from the app http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=190322544333196 and add it to your fan page
