Hello! I just wanna know your opinions guys...

installed ssl on my website and after a few days i got purchases....

if you happen to like a product on my website

would you buy or would you rather find someone else selling the same???

does my website looks trusworthy? or do i need some more assurance to buyers??

do i need that corner of trust logo in the bottom or is the logo in my header is enough?

@bryanon yap i made it offline because just about an hour ago lunarpages renamed some of my files claiming this

Recently your account was utilizing excessive resources and putting load on server, making it unstable. Details are as follows:

A detail of the problem is shown below as:

    CPU: 4.64 %
    Memory: 0.94 %
    Mysql: 0.2 %

    its online again...

@bohra i've got no knowledge on designs which i am thinking soon of commissioning a designer to make it better...

Thanks for the inputs... some more please...

You managed to get wordpress into a zen cart - no small achievement - which module was this?

The banner area looks a little busy and too colorful with those trust labels on the top
Need a more classy logo maybe - your customers are using their disposable income so need to feel luxurious?
I get worried when I see long product categories but not much product inside - empty?
FHM magazines - I got worried at that point - work safe?
I want to see much larger images and multiples of the stuff I'm buying,
the starting size of the window for the larger image needs defining
better porduct descriptions and less cluttered somehow
better icons for add to cart - there are some icon families out there for zen
I'm always pained by obvious zen shops - you can spot a 'basic' template with the use of latest products and new products for 'month' type headings
It was not immediately obvious where you are based
I dislike the zen gift certificate clutter in the zen information area

There is no problem with your trust logos, they look fine. Your site, however, does not inspire confidence. One of the big problems is navigation. On any first class website, when you click on "home" or click on the logo, it takes you to the home page. Every time I click on your logo or "home" I get a different landing page. People are not used to this and it can only serve to make them nervous. It just looks like you don't know what you are doing. Poor navigation is the number 1 reason for losing visitors on your website. It is just too easy to click away.

Also, you have no About Us page. This tells people who is behind the site. Are you afraid to disclose this? People want to know who they're dealing with. People want to deal with people, not websites. This does not inspire confidence.

What is your customer support and return policy? This also does not inspire confidence.

Why is there no telephone number? Are you afraid to get telephone calls? This too does not inspire confidence. There is more to inspiring confidence than just putting up some trust logos.

    1. I must say those FHM magazines got me worried too.
    2. Assortment is a little strange. I'm not sure what spy watches has to do with collectibles. I probably would try to choose some tighter niche, sell only certain type of products that are related to each other more closely.
    3. No address? I would assume that it is possible that you are a scamer from another country, have no way to reach you other than through website.
    4. Design is a little dated, but as a customer my main concern would be your contact information.

@Bohra.. no i don't need dedicated hosting.. the load on server issue has been already solved.

@thefordhams.... try to check zen cart extension... i guess the mode was adopted from the work of hira.... i think the author is jones... a zen cart member also pointed out about those categories, and i did not remove them because i thought i can manage to list items on those category but until now i cannot so i disabled em for a while until i can list items..

@CarlDia.... homepage is ok... its just that the new products are rotating....excellent advise about the about us page as well as shipping and returns and of course the tel number too... Thank you very much for pointing all this to me... I will surely add my contact info and modify some statements....

@AndriyZ.... those are very good pointer i am considering....

Thank you all for your inputs for viewing my site and giving your feedback and time... surely this would help me on making my site better...

    Regards
