My site http://www.ladiesgallery.net was getting good traffic from google before the google last update. But after the google update my site traffic from google so much. And when I tried to check from google search using the following command site:www.ladiesgallery.net I got the following result "Results 1 - 3 of about 278 from www.ladiesgallery.net" there are 278 pages index but only 3 showing from google search result.

If the site is in sandbox what should I do to get out from it?

How old is the site? The only way to get good rankings is to make sure the sites content is really good and to build quality links.

The site is less than 3 months old. Before this update most of the content rank well in google then suddenly drop all.

If you have pages appearing in the index, then no - you're not in the sandbox.

There's a difference between being banned and being in the sandbox;)

Yes, it's almost certainly in the sandbox. Quite often new sites get an initial ranking and then drop out of the index for most competitive search terms for a while.
