    Hey,

Just finished up my landing page for affiliate. This is my first time making a site for affiliate, and actually my first time designing my site

    It is : www.advert360.com

Please tell me if I have any chance of making money from it, thanks.

I found the content too hard to read with the background image. Look at other squeeze pages, they all look alike for a reason. If you're very different, your either brilliant... or not...

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll apply it.

But in general, does it have the potential of making money?

As it stands no, because it's too hard to read.

I think you have to first tell yourself this? Does it have to potential to be able to keep my vistors on the site long enough.

Personally I hate to say this, but the design could do with some work. I notice you have one of those ribbons on the side which looks good, I heard about them on these forums.

As mentioned above, the text is quite hard to read in places.

Overall you may make a little bit of money, but with a better designed site that you can read the text much better, you are then likely to make much more money from the same amount of uniques most probably.

Anyway, what ever you do, keep at it and good luck. I really hope you do succeed in earning online.

When you get down to brass tacks, the concept is getting people to click on banner ads. I would imagine the CTR will be poor with the structure as it stands.

Flesh the site out, a single well written page on each step rather than one all-in-one squeeze page. As you have multiple programs here, each step needs to have a "call to action", so the user could sign up for the affiliate scheme. Tell people what to do, make it easy. Collect email address to send them more information and other offers.

You're asking people to read about 5 different things and sign up for various schemes, it's too much. To sell there has to be one clear focus for a page, at the moment people will leave confused.

BTW, this is meant to be constructive criticism.

Thanks alot John for the motivation. I totally agree that the design of the site is crappy and all but well I did my best with my resources of designing. But as soon as I bank in my first commission I have someone that will totally redesign my website, and since is only one page, it won't cost much.

For the visitors matter, I'm actually concentrating on getting my visitors via adwords and buying advertising space, not looking for much organic traffic.

But anyway, tomorrow I plan to fix up couple of the background issues so it would be easier for people to read.

    Again, thanks for your comment.

I haven't even tested it out so I'm not sure of what the CTR would be, though I cannot imagine it to be that bad, as in the CTR is just as good as how well you can get your visitors attracted to the your site.
I understand where your coming from, and concerning adding additional pages for each program/product that I'm promoting and I will most likely be venture into that but I'm more of a trial and error person, I like to experiment multiple times until I find the right structure.

Thanks for your detailed comment, I will surely put it into action into my site soon.
